How to leave an artboard when exporting to SVG?

Created a picture. Square and exactly in the center of the letter (on the entire canvas) with circles. I export to SVG and see that the artboard is not square, but rectangular, that is, all voids are cut off. And I need to save with a square artboard. How to do it?
