How to learn to use the console?

Good afternoon!
please tell me, a tutorial (better to read than to watch),
how to learn how to use the console in Windows,
needed for gid, node, npm,
in general, I installed all this, but something doesn’t work for me and there is no understanding.
I like hexlet, but it is on the command line that there is more information on Linux oriented.

npm, node, gid (git probably) work fine in windows console.
