How to learn to design websites?

I can front, back. I categorically do not know how to make design, no, there is no sense of beauty.
Which way to dig to start drawing design for companies?
Interested in algorithms for building layout and details.

I'm for practice. It's very easy to practice. You take any site, sit down in Figma and recreate or redesign the selected site. Recreation (copying) is also a good school, in the process you can learn to notice the flaws in the copied design and correct them.

I can front, back.

You know how to front and back. So imagine what, for example, a social network for those who know how to front and back might look like. Or some kind of forum.
I started with something like this. He drew all sorts of nonsense. Although there was no close sense of beauty in the web. The one as advised above - practice and practice again.

The easiest and most obvious option is to take sites that are interesting to you (which you think you can handle) and copy-paste. But try to change at least something in the layouts from the very beginning so that it does not look like a clone. This will help develop a little creativity and do something yourself.
