How to change the design of CKEditor?

Background:

I installed it via composer "CKEditor" - I personally like it very much, but I saw it and am indignant! I've updated composer and "vendor" content, but I still have the same ancient design, screenshot above.
Q: How to update the design? Delete the old editor and upload a new one, or just replace something in the folders? Maybe there is a command that, through the same composer , will replace all this for me in one fell swoop?

There js scripts are different, versions.
