How to learn how to integrate layout on wordpress?

Hello. The question is this: it is not clear the choice of the correct framework / plugin for landing on this cms, as a result of which the user will be able to manage all the fields from the admin panel. I looked towards advanced custom fields, but it's paid, and features like the options page are a pro version. I didn’t really find any lessons on this plugin, only off documentation.
1) Maybe there is some other way (framework or plugin) that is suitable for a start in order to correctly understand the meaning itself.
2) How do you display fields in the admin panel? What do you take as a basis for planting?
3) Is it possible to typeset in wordpress itself (do not do a static layout first, but immediately write styles and structure), the pros and cons of this approach?

Judging by your question, you do not quite understand what you are talking about. I don’t think there are any frameworks for landing on WordPress, when landing on WordPress with one plugin you won’t get by, there are a lot of plugins for WordPress, each for its own specific purposes, there are large plugins (such as Advanced Custom Field, Redux) that easily solve many problems, and there are small ones that solve small and specific tasks. Static layout is taken as the basis for landing, about the output of fields and in general everything related to WordPress, read the WordPress code - this is your most important assistant when learning WordPress, first register your post-types, custom fields, taxonomy, custom in the functions.php file pages, widgets, and only then this whole thing appears in the admin panel. as I said, first a static layout is done, and then a stretch is done - that is, you insert pieces of php code into your layout. and in order to insert them, you must already have a layout so that you can see the structure of the document. otherwise you will be confused, because it is difficult to imagine the whole thing in your head, and when it is in front of your eyes, it is easier and more convenient.

Use a VI customizer to display customizations in a theme. It visually shows the result - all in real time.
The customizer itself is expanded with its own controls - this allows you to add your missing.
You don't need a framework to put dis on vp. And the missing functionality is written or use ready-made plugins. But this has nothing to do with layout integration.
Learn the wordpress api - how to display posts, how to display titles, dates, and more. This is all ready-made - a bunch of information. Start doing and after a while everything will work out for you + you will have your own collection of snippets and approaches for solving local problems.

Frameworks for landing on WordPress, I think, do not exist in nature
- here is A. Sokirka , the author made his own framework (theme?), He writes styles and structure right away, without first imposing. I assumed that he made it based on something, and as you can see from the video, his method is slightly different from the usual ones.
You can’t type in WordPress itself,
I meant to make a site directly from psd. Although there is a built-in editor, if specifically according to your remark.
