How to lay a route on a router from vpn to the provider's network?

The ppp10 interface is a vpn, but when I connect to it, there is no access to anything other than 192.168.1.0\24. What does the UH flag mean, so I believe that it does not allow traffic from vpn to the global network, right?

Destination Gateway Genmask Flags Metric Ref Use Iface
192.168.10.2 * 255.255.255.255 UH 0 0 0 ppp10
10.91.255.254 * 255.255.255.255 UH 0 0 0 WAN
192.168.0.0 * 255.255.0.0 U 0 0 0 LAN
default 10.91.255.254 0.0.0.0 UG 0 0 0 WAN

It is likely that the person providing you with the VPN only allows access to internal resources.
