Why can't my ISP work with OpenVPN?
Hello, I have such a problem: I like to play one online game with a friend, and in order to connect it, you need to connect to their OpenVPN server. I can’t connect with my provider, and when I connect a phone with Usb tethering and connected to the neighbor’s wi-fi, everything connects perfectly and works well (but sometimes the Internet is slow and sometimes the neighbors turn off the wi-fi). Make a telnet on the port
