How to launch business processes upon task completion in Bitrix24?

Tell me how you can link business processes to completed tasks in Bitrix24. In the boxed version of Bitrix24, you need to set up work for employees of the legal department.

There is an employee (Bitrix24 operator) - a lawyer, he deals with a deal - an agreement with a client, according to which he collects the necessary documents. The client concludes an agreement, after which he is transferred from a lead to a deal. The lawyer on the portal works with the deal. The task of the lawyer is to collect the required list of documents for the client.

The lawyer has a list of tasks, some of which he can do in parallel for several days. A business process has been added to each of these tasks that opens a special form for this task in the transaction window, the lawyer enters the necessary data into this form, for example, for the task NOTIFY CLIENT CLOSE ALL ACCOUNTS, the lawyer enters a link to screenshots of closed accounts, etc.

Now the problem is that the forms open at the wrong time, even before the completion of the task. It is necessary to make each form appear only when the lawyer has completed the task and ticked the box that this task is completed.

For example, when the task is closed, the lawyer checks the box completed - Check open accounts - the form Check account closure pops up (the skin of which I posted above), but until that moment the form should not appear.

How can I bind a business process that opens a form to a change in the state of a task? And is it possible to configure the functionality so that the business process of displaying the form is launched only if the employee (lawyer) indicates in the task that it has been completed?

Yes, in the BP itself, in the block where you create the task, there is an option "Wait for the task to complete".

Is this a setting or a refinement that an integrator or one of your employees did to you, and you think someone else will explain to you on the fingers how to redo it? Everything you described is possible in Bitrix24, but your question is a task, not a question.

Look, everything is extremely simple here:
in one business process you put the "Task" activity and something else that should happen after the task is completed.
By default, the entire business process is processed at once. To bind processes to tasks, you need to set the "Stop the process while the task is running" parameter to "yes" in the "task" activity (see screenshots).

I am not an integrator.
