How to make a parameter value in a table a link?

I'm making a grid table.

And it is necessary that some parameters (user, crm-entities) be links.

Are there standard methods to accomplish this task?

You can, of course, drink something like

'USER' => '<a href="/company/personal/user/' . $result['USER_ID'] . '/">' . $result['USER_NAME'] . '</a>'

But I don’t really want to, somehow it turns out ugly.

No matter how much I searched in the documentation, I did not find it yet.
