Which project management system should I choose for a small IT company - bitrix24.ru or megaplan.ru?

Both bitrix24.ru and megaplan.ru provide free access for small companies (Bitrix - 12 users and 5GB, Megaplan - 7 users and 300MB).
The specifics of the company is such that we won’t have large files (there won’t be a single picture or video), so the size doesn’t seem to be critical, even 300mb will fit in a couple of years.
The question is what to choose - megaplan or Bitrix24?
What we need most is a fancy wiki with access control, task management, and CRM. There doesn't seem to be a need for timing.

Secondly, Bitrix24 was recently launched and there were a lot of minor flaws, it seems that they have already been fixed.
After marketing "feints with the ears" of the megaplan (increasing prices several times), I migrated to Bitrix24.

Tried bitrix24, didn't like it because of the slow speed and congestion of the interface. As a result, we switched to Trello, which suits everyone and really likes it.

Tried to work with bitrix24, but refused. Although, in terms of parameters, it should have suited us, since we have a small company - 5 sales managers, and a couple of other departments. I will highlight the main points why they refused.
1. One postal address, there is no way to integrate the mail of each employee.
2. It is not possible to create a detailed report on all contacts in the context of managers for the required period, and it is impossible to control the work of the entire department, by the number of events.
3. There is no way to view the activity of other managers, to compare and analyze.
4. Can't integrate contacts with GMail and Outlook. That is, if you actively use smartphones or tablets in your work, then you will not transfer anything from them to the program. Anyway, we couldn't. Yes, and using Bitrix24 on a mobile device is terribly inconvenient!
