How to keep up-to-date information architecture for the project?

Hello!
I have one project here that is developing quite cheerfully, the number of designed screens and objects is already very large.
There was a problem: I can not keep track of all the objects, rules and nuances.
What tool will help keep it relevant? I design in Axure, maybe there is something similar there?
Of course, this must be maintained and added as needed. Switching screens is not an option at all.
In theory, the first thing that came to mind was different mindmaps, but they are not very interactive.
They solve the problem strategically, but they go tactically hard.
Vital examples:
There is a “Name” field for a bunch of objects. I want to see the full list of objects that have this field.
There is another Note field, you need to look at the number of characters and the width of this field.
You need a tool at the design stage, that is, for something that hasn’t even gone into layout yet, not to mention live code. But it would be nice to have a "going to work", "done" filter and see the checked blocks.

I am using the free version of Edraw MindMap.
There is a drill-down by clicking on the desired block / page and comments to the blocks.
You can attach different files to each block.
You can create your own set of images and svg.
There are exports in various formats, including export to a set of web pages.
As for me, for any design (and for your task) - the most convenient tool.
