Python for beginners for neural networks and interface?

Good evening! tell me which books are suitable if in the future I wanted to apply in robotics to create a neural network and graphic applications (preferably in English). I also want to integrate it with C and add the result for embedded systems, there are a lot of books, but I would like to hear an already proven version, if there is one, thank you all in advance and ask for more on the case

On learning Python: I liked "Think in python" - it is also in Russian translation (quite high quality) and the original is freely available.
There is nothing to add to the previous answer regarding neural networks.
