How to keep link between moved/renamed folders/tracks and playlist?

Hello!

I am going through a challenge to organize my music collection. Decided to reorganize before the new year. Already added tags "by genre" for most of the music albums, renamed the folder names as follows:

Artist / Artist - Album - Year / Files.mp3

The biggest folder left is where I have music in the Heavy / Power Metal genres.
Moreover, in this folder and in all others, not all albums are located in this form. It's still chaos.

There is this view:
Artist/Year - Album
Artist/Album_Year
Artist/Album
Artist/Album(Year)

There are many different formats out there. And I do not want to rename all this manually. So I decided to leave it for now and do it gradually over the next year.
But then a problem arose: the final stage of the reorganization of the collection is the creation of playlists. I want to recreate the playlists that I had and create new ones based on moods and contexts.

Previously, I created playlists in this way:

1. Create a playlist.
2. Add tracks.
3. Save.

But later I realized that I made a mistake, because the track is in a folder that looks like year / album / (and should be Artist / Artist - Album - Year / Files.mp3) and then I move this folder to another location, then the connection is lost. Manually searching for a file is difficult.
So I decided that if I liked a track, I would copy it (physically) to another folder.

I also decided to listen to the advice of users of this wonderful forum and store music in one place. Well, almost one, because I still have several folders by genre :) (Hard Rock/Heavy/Power; Progressive Metal; Progressive Rock (Neo-prog, Crossover, etc.); Post Rock & Post Metal;)

At least At least I won't be too confused when I need to move albums around in the discography.
Still, it's hard for me to throw everything into one folder and trust some program (physical grouping in windows explorer seems more reliable :)

That is, one problem seems to be solved - I won't move files anymore. Does this mean that the connection with the playlists will not be lost?
Unfortunately, this is not the case :(
If you rename the folder in which the track is located, then the connection will break :(
But it’s still hard for me to rename all these albums so that I don’t touch them again later.
And also, what to do when I liked only one in the album track, and the rest would be better to delete? It turns out that because of one song that is in the playlist, you need to store the entire album?
I also decided to switch to the functionality of the MusicBee program. It has good functionality, and rescanning files and creating automatic playlists and more. But it still doesn't solve my problem,

maybe I just don't know how to do it - how to keep the connection between the track even if it is moved or tags are changed in it?
