How to join your external IP?

Hello everyone, I have one small problem. I tried to connect to my ip - I don’t want to.
I did the following in the hosts file.
192.168.0.103 batyagaming.ddns.net
127.0.0.1 89.169.96.157
192.168.0.103 89.169.96.157
(batyagaming.ddns.net is my ddns, and 89.169.96.157 is my ip) No
sense, ports are open, dmz.
The rest can join, ip is dynamic.
