Why does it switch to Luci when switching to the external address of the router?

So, the essence of the problem is this:
There is a router with some external IP using DDNS. In the subnet of the router there is a home server with apache, seafile, etc., ports are forwarded, and Apache and other services are visible from other networks using DNS records and IP addresses.
A computer that is on the same network as the server cannot go to the Apache page on port 80 and external IP, as it redirects to the openwrt web panel.

The problem is that port forwarding (DNAT) is only enabled for packets that come from the external interface. You need to either do Hairpin NAT (DNAT + SNAT inside) or replace DNS with an internal one for clients within the network.
