Hello, Habr users, help me solve the dilemma at work, what is the point, I need to find and implement a way to change the IP on the PC without a proxy and without a VPN, I do not need the IP of other countries, etc., it is important that the country remains mine. I know for sure that there is such a way, because it was implemented by the previous "sysadmin".
Before that, I used the usual distribution from the phone, and each time turned on and off the flight mode, however, due to circumstances, this method no longer works, at the moment I see only 2 options from the outputs:
1. VPN or proxy with servers in my country;
2. buy usb modems (I just suspect that after disconnecting from the PC and reconnecting it will work like a flight mode on the phone);
But probably someone from you faced such a problem, and knows how to solve it with a regular cable connection?

This can be done by connecting to another network. Methods - someone else's wifi, vpn, proxy, usb modem, distribution from bodies, etc.
Yes, a system administrator can change the IP of his machine or subnet, for example, by simply reconfiguring the router in the organization. As a normal user, this is not available to you.
