Failed to activate kali linux network connection. How to fix?

When I try to connect to the vpn, it says: "The network connection could not be activated." It seems that everything was set up correctly as in the video. I tried to connect with this command
aptitude -r install network-manager-openvpn-gnome network-manager-pptp network-manager-pptp-gnome strongswan-nm network-manager-vpnc network-manager-vpnc-gnome writes that no such command was found. I'm using a cable, not Wi-Fi.
