How to insure against appropriation of ideas?

Won't it be that I will transfer my idea to the developers, and they will implement it themselves. What is the right thing to do in this case?

Don't save yourself. Something completely in vain makes you think that no one implements the same idea regardless of you.

An idea without implementation is worth nothing. And even if there is an implementation, this goodness still needs to be advertised and developed, which the developers will not / cannot do.
If the case, then draw up a competent NDA and let the developers sign it.
