Contract with an individual and payment to another individual entrepreneur?

I am a simple individual, not an individual entrepreneur and not self-employed. He wants to sign a contract with me. The duration of the work under this contract will be around a year (maybe less, maybe more). I don't think it's a good idea to open a sole proprietorship. I have a friend who has an open IP, he lives in another city.
So, two questions!
1. Can an LLC conclude an agreement with me as an individual and transfer payment to another person with an open IP?
2. If the answer to clause 1 is affirmative, then it is necessary to somehow indicate in the contract the fact that the payment will be to another person and not to me?
PS Issues of costs, hemorrhoids, degree of trust, etc. are not considered. Do not offer a GPC agreement :-)

maybe.
yes, it must be specified in the contract or in the additional agreement, or in the application.
and no one offers. In clause 1, you conclude a GPC agreement.
But it's still your income. LLC must withhold personal income tax and transfer insurance premiums. For an individual entrepreneur, it will be income and you have to pay an additional 6% (or how much is due for its SNO). Or fight back and prove that it is not his income
. Why do you want to transfer IP? An agreement with an individual, not an individual entrepreneur, can be concluded. If you want to bypass personal income tax and contributions - I wrote that this is not the best option.
