How to install Yarn on OpenServer so that it can be called globally from the console?

I would like to ask for help to figure it out, I installed Yarn in the following directory
C:\OpenServer\modules\yarn

But when it is called, nothing is executed anyway.

Please tell me what is wrong, what else needs to be done?

I found a solution.
You need to change the setting on the Server tab to the following value:
Custom Path + userdata/config/path.txt + Win Path
And then create the path.txt file in the userdata\config directory and simply insert the full path to the program directory from a new line. Restart the server and voila!
