How to install Worksuite?

I tried to install: Worksuite 4.0.0 - project management system
I read in the documentation what you need in "/public/install". It does not exist when accessed. So I don't have it physically.
I found somewhere that for installation you need to go to the folder with ".env" and write:
php artisan migrate
php artisan db:seed
Well, it "did something", it did not give any errors. But the installation didn't work.
Who can advise?
