How to install windows in virtualbox from a bootable flash drive?

There is a regular bootable flash drive with the win 7 pack, it has both x64 and x86 versions of the seven.
We urgently need a virtual machine with x86, because the printer drivers only work in win 7 x86.
You need to install a virtual machine, install x86 and printer drivers in it.
In the media section in virtualbox, I can’t select a USB flash drive, although I connected it in the USB section.

You do realize that installing an OS in a virtual machine is the least of your problems, right? Not all hardware can be thrown on a virtual machine.
Have you tried finding custom drivers for your printer?

maybe it will be easier to make an iso image from the data on the flash drive?
