Remove the hard drive, put it in a working computer, install the OS without installing specialized drivers (only standard ones), write the drivers from the laptop to this disk, move the disk to the laptop, start the OS and install the drivers from the laptop.

Over the network, if the network card supports booting over the network.

Separate a small 4 GB partition at the end of the disk, drop the contents of the disk with Windows there, and register it in the bootloader, depending on what OS is currently there

You need to remove the HDD and if we are talking about win7/8/8.1/10, boot from any installation disk.
Next, you need to go to the console, and not continue with the installation. You can do it through shift + F10 (sort of).
Next, partition the disk via diskpart and, in fact, it remains to unpack sources.wim via disk to your hdd. Register the bootloader and then insert the hdd back into your PC.
