How to install windows from under xubuntu?

Unable to install windows.
The computer already has xubuntu20.04 installed. I create a bootable USB flash drive using the etcher program, set the boot priority in the usb bios. When the computer boots, the windows installer does not load. What actions should be taken to solve this problem?
