How to install VS 2015?

In general, the situation is as follows:
I need to install Nvidia CUDA 8.0, but it does not install on a PC with VS 2017, only with VS 2015. How do I install VS 2015 now and where to find it if it is no longer on the Microsoft website, but download from the left sites such entertainment. Are there other ways to install CUDA 8.0?
