Nothing is displayed, although mssql is installed on the PC, and vs also has its own. If you write the name with your hands, then the connection test passes normally. What's the matter?

You are not running SQL Server Explorer.
Check
And I forgot - this service must be running on the server that you want to see in the list (and by default, as you can see, it is disabled).
