If you get confused, then probably you can, but it will be extremely long and difficult.
If you need to check something, there are shadow copies or backups.

What do you want to achieve with this? Well, it will start a little faster and that's it. Although the processor will load more, so during real work it will work more slowly. What's the point?
And nowadays it is much more profitable not to use virtual ramdisks, but to buy a fast disk - for example, Optane. Their performance is quite comparable to a RAM disk, while there is no load on the processor, and they are cheaper.
