How to install themes for ubuntu 13.10 (unity)?

Installed ubuntu. Where can I download themes and how to install them?

You can download it from Gnome-Look.org . In order not to get into the system, you can unpack archives with themes (icons) to ~/.themes (or ~/.icons, respectively).
To enable / disable themes, I recommend installing Unity-Tweak-Tool for the Unity shell and steer the entire shell through it.

Under Ubuntu 13.10, even updates are not released, and never will be again, this is an ordinary version with support for - months. This is a sieve, update, preferably before 14.10, take care of yourself.
And also learn how to mark answers as a solution, there is such a button.
