How to install several independent windows on one computer?

I want to apologize right away for the probably incorrect wording of the question, I'm
a designer, not a programmer!
with its windows and hotkeys or a browser, again tailored for itself, with its own bars and plugins). It is necessary that the software installed for each user does not intersect in any way with the same for another user (that is, that it is a full-fledged separate software installation for each user - for example, the same Mozilla and further customization).
The option to break the HDD into 5-10 disks and install Windows on each one seems not very elegant ...
I would like to get advice, how such a solution can be called (links, ideas, ready-made solutions - I will be very happy and grateful to everything!), how much it costs and how many "independent" Windows can be installed on one core-i7 / 8Gb / 2000Gb (parallel work of users on this one computer is not is required, the option with re-login is also suitable).
Once again, I apologize for the vague wording of the question!

If parallelism is not required, then you answered your own question. :-)
Install one vendu, register several profiles and add certain software to each profile and/or configure it. This is more logical than virtual machines or multiple operating systems.

If you want complete independence and at the same time not mess around with virtualization or partitioning, then you can do this - habrahabr.ru/post/49670 or gotch.techfaq.ru/archives/91

1. several separate user profiles, as mentioned above.
2. Windows 8 and above can play the role of virtualization, that is, you can install the OS and the minimum necessary software, raise the virtual machine for experiments and do whatever you want with it, after taking a snapshot of a clean, freshly configured system, after the entertainment is over, you can return to the previously created snapshot in a couple of minutes and get the system back for experiments.
the same functionality is represented by virtualbox or vmware player
