Applying Security in Windows?

How can I quickly and easily apply, change, or reset security settings to baseline?
Is there a simple query for this or a command in cmd?
Those. so that there are no "Security Application Errors" followed by clicking on the Continue button, and everything happens automatically

dropping local security policies in Windows
Local security policies are configured using a separate management console secpol.msc. If problems with the computer are caused by “tightening the screws” in local security policies, and if the user still has access to the system and administrative rights, it is first worth trying to reset the system security settings to the default values. To do this, at the command prompt with administrator rights, run:
For Windows XP:
secedit /configure /cfg %windir%\repair\secsetup.inf /db secsetup.sdb /verbose
For Windows 8, Windows 7 and Vista:
secedit /configure /cfg % windir%\inf\defltbase.inf /db defltbase.sdb /verbose
