How to install RAM correctly if I have 2 identical 1600 MHz sticks and one 1333 MHz stick?

I have 2 RAMs identical at 1600 MHz and one at 1333 MHz, how can I put them in correctly? And even when slot 1 is 1600, slot 2 is 1600, slot 3 is 1333, I go to the PC and the RAM works for me at a frequency of 1333, how can I fix this? I know that I need to go into the BIOS, but I don't know where to press?

1. Two dice with the same volume in two slots of the same color, the third in a different color. If they're all the same, it doesn't matter. In the case of three bars, flex-mode will be activated if it is supported by the motherboard.
2. RAM always operates at the frequencies of the lowest frequency band available. The entire RAM is adjusted to the worst. You can try to overclock, but how to do it, you have to google it yourself.

On the computer's self-destruct button. It will come to this anyway :)
Memory always runs at the lowest possible frequency.
