How to install merlinthemagic (MTS)?

this tool is located on the github
https://github.com/merlinthemagic/MTS
downloaded it to the right folder, ran it as it says MtsSetup.php, indicated the path where the MTS folder is, and tried to run the code

I've searched the search engine for this issue, but haven't found a solution.
MTS folder is in /var/www/html/module/test/
Can anyone tell me what could be the problem?
