How to install LESS for Sublime Text so that the file is automatically compiled?

I read a whole bunch of pages on Google. Tried a bunch of different methods. Does not work. I don't know what is the reason. Already my head hurts so many different programs to download and try to install. Can you please explain on your fingers how to install this whole thing, so that later the less file would be automatically compiled into CSS? (Windows 7)
