How to install language pack for Microsoft Visual Studio 2013?

When I try to install, it says: "Microsoft Visual Studio is required, but it is not installed on this computer. Please install it and try again." What to do? It is installed, and I downloaded the language pack from the site, which I got from the link from the language settings in Microsoft Visual Studio.

First, you need to check the versions and editions of Visual studio. If they match, check if it is in the list of installed programs. If not, you need to reinstall. If there is, then check the installation path of the visuals and the language pack. For some reason, the small-soft ones really don’t like it when they change the standard installation path, and at every opportunity they deprive them of a choice. Alternatively, check the registry for traces of visuals. Who knows what this operating system has in mind.

I faced this problem. Perhaps your studio is not installed on the default path. I seem to have had this exact problem. Their installer is unable to find the studio outside the program files on the computer.
