How to install install ssl certificate via DNS record (CNAME)?

For the first time I encountered this option for installing an SSL certificate and I can’t solve the problem in any way. To install an SSL certificate, the client threw off the CNAME record, it looks like this:

You cannot install a certificate through dns, and this record is most likely used to confirm the ownership of this domain.
