Error getting Let's Encrypt certificate for IP?

I have a clean server with ipsmanager 5 lite installed. I included the let's Enrypt module. When I receive the certificate, I get the error:

Return code: 400

Details: Error creating new order :: Cannot issue for "*.IP address of site": Domain name does not end with a valid public suffix (TLD) (and 1 more problems. Refer to sub-problems for more information .)

What could be causing it and is there a way to fix it? I didn’t find it on Google, maybe I didn’t search well, but I will be very happy if you tell me or give me some kind of footnote.
