How to install Google Wallet on Nexus 5?

I registered a Google wallet on my Russian account, but Google Play tells me that my device does not support this application (Google Wallet). It's funny, the new phone is from Google itself and does not support it. As I understand it, the question is in the country of residence. How is the problem of installing Google Wallet on Russian accounts solved?

To buy a Nexus, I changed my address of residence to the address of the company in the USA where I bought the phone. Since that time, nothing has changed. I make purchases without problems. Try changing your address to US in Google Wallet

Doesn't Wallet come preinstalled on the Nexus 5? Try clearing the cache, reinstalling the app, wipe user data. I doubt very much that this is because of the address, since Russia was originally on the list.
