How to install gcc from sources under Win 10 x64?

Hello. I want to use GCC C along with code blocks. But I don't know how to install the compiler from the source files.
I liked the interface in code blocks, convenient and understandable. But I think it’s all the same to write in VS Code, blocks are needed for compilation. gcc is needed specifically for c and c++, and how to bind standard libraries to VS code and blocks so that autocompletion works?
