How to install Flarum (or Discourse) forum engine on hosting?

Hello!
I am creating a mini-forum of a narrow topic, which in the near future will be visited by a maximum of 20 people per day (20 unique IPs).

I want something modern: I chose the engines "Discourse" or "Flarum" - I like them all the same.
But difficulties arose: although the engines are free, each of them, apparently, requires installation on a web server, and I use the services of "Hostinger" - hosting.
Question: is there a way to install any of these engines on the hosting, and not on the server?

I will add that if you know any similar forum engine - fast and with a minimalistic pleasant design - you are welcome to recommend; especially if it is directly intended for installation on a hosting, and not a server.

Thank you!

Ни в коем случаи не используйте хостингер. Я когда то попробовал использовать их бесплатный тариф для тестового форума. Установить его удалось, но дальше работать было не реально, постоянно падал и появлялись разные ошибки

In fact, everything depends on resources. The fact is that Discourse requires at least 1GB of RAM + swap file (for 2GB). This is heavy artillery. Designed to create forums, Q&A systems, support services. And for 20 people, put it, well, don't know.
It is already being used by Twitter, Lisa, etc. Flarum as far as I know is simpler. But its assembly must be done through the command line, it is possible, in principle, on a PC.
