How to install downloaded theme for sublime text 3 d in Linux Mint 18.2?

Hello.
I downloaded this theme from the site for the Sublime Text 3 editor under Linux Mint 18.2
colorsublime.com/theme/monokai_freshh
It is not in the Package Control (
But how to install it?
