How to bind a network folder from the server?

The server has a file hosting folder.
Through fstab I prescribe user data + password and so on. as it should be.
Works on all computers.
But then I got a copy, in any.
But through sudo mount -aeverything it is mounted and works, but before the reboot.
I tried to overwrite the data, recreate the folder (in different places), write executable files and attach to autoload, even installed the latest version of Mint.
There is no effect. but it pulls
through everything. Help than you can! I will add the necessary information if necessary. I'm just getting started with Linux. Slippers do not hit hard) sudo mount -a

Wangyu - the network on this machine does not rise from the moment the computer is turned on as expected, but later, for example, after the user logs into DE.
.e. at the moment the computer is turned on, there is no network and the ball cannot connect,
correct this moment
