How to install config 8.3.6.13** on educational version 8.3.6.12**?

When starting the configuration, it gives an error that version 8.3.6.13 ** is required (I don’t remember exactly) and, accordingly, it does not start. Is it possible to upgrade the educational version or do I need to change the configuration?
