I have a computer without Internet access, there are composer.phar, installer files, a project on the local network, a site on apache, a directory with php.exe lies next to the site in the PHP-7.2.13-x64-VC15 folder, I would like after installation Composer to the project to add the ability to test, having phpunit-9.4.1.phar is it possible? what to delt?
