How to install CHR (MikroTik) on VPS?

share a link to instructions on how to install CHR MikroTik on a VPS.
My problem is that after rolling CHR on Ubuntu I don't know how to connect to the resulting machine. Through WinBox or via SSH over IP does not work.

Connecting via SSH will not work, you need to connect via VNC (your hoster should give such access), here it is written as:
https://serverspace.ru/support/help/ustanovka-vnc-... (the link is incorrect, this is a VNC installation server inside ubunta, then it's better to request support, how to connect via VNC)
And you need to configure the network interfaces from the Mikrotik console. After you configure the network interfaces, you can connect with winbox or ssh.
