How to install AMD drivers on Linux?

Good afternoon
When I tried to install the AMD drivers on kde neon, I encountered such a problem - 5fd85ea2e64b4134900608.png
I tried the following commands:
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:ubuntu-x-swat/updates
sudo apt update
sudo apt dist-upgrade

If you need proprietary drivers from AMD then you should look at this as it is the official answer from AMD

Swears about 32bit packages. Do you have a 32bit system installed? If not, uninstall all 32bit packages, then all dependencies will be resolved.
