How to install ada web server on windows 10?

Hello I'm sorry but can anyone tell me how to install ada webserver libre.adacore.com/tools/aws on linux or win i did following instructions here docs.adacore.com/aws-docs/aws/ building_aws.html but it doesn't work, it's been a week already) I'm trying through build.cmd it still says "I won't install aws for you"
