How to install a2enmod on Debian 9?
The a2enmod, a2ensite and, accordingly, a2dissite commands have gone somewhere. Error: command not found. Apache2 installed, stub running on LAN. Debian is installed on a virtual machine. /usr/sbin/ is registered in PATH, but there is no a2enmod in the a2enmod folder itself

They are in /usr/sbin, do you have it in PATH? (by default / sbin and / usr / sbin - only root has them in PATH, users do not)
