How to optimize Zend Server and MySQL server for development?

After starting Zend Server and MySQL, the PC is seriously buggy.
Windows 10 Pro x86. RAM 2GB. CPU Intel Core Quad 2.44GHz x 4
I do not load the system with anything special.

2GB RAM with two Chromes running (hello Electron!) is sooooo small (if anything, the slack tab eats 80mb instead of 240+ in a separate app), and you are still trying to shove Apache and database there. Or did you write 2 instead of 12?
