Hello.
Is it possible to install a testing system for pascal tournaments on shared hosting (without VPS)?
If yes, how can this be done?

On a shared hosting, I'm sure not. I doubt that the hoster will install the necessary software that is needed only by a single client.
Take the minimum vps. There you can put whatever you want ;)
