How to install a Joomla template correctly?

I downloaded the template for Joomla 2.5 , the link installs the template, and I open the template code, I see it says if there is a slider module, then insert it, I just installed the template, there are no sliders in the admin panel and other things
In general, I'm interested in the following question, I found the template, I'm looking at I like it, there is a slider and other plugins on the demo site, when I install this template myself, the slider should also be installed on the site, or how do I myself need to find the slider install it edit the template code?

the qickstart folder contains the distribution kit as in the screenshot if you install sample data.

Two options - either install "quick start", or install a clean theme along with quick start and add everything you need step by step.
I would advise the second way if you want to learn.
